• Shipping Method
  • All products are shipped via freight carrier with Curbside Delivery (not white glove service)
  • Carrier is only required to deliver to the curbside or end of driveway; they are not obligated to move items closer to your home
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for delivery to islands, remote areas, or challenging locations within the continental U.S. Contact us before purchase if concerned. Additional shipping/handling fees may apply.
• Delivery Scheduling
  • Freight carrier will call you to schedule delivery date and time
  • Contact will occur 24–48 hours prior to delivery
  • Delivery window is typically within 4 hours; every effort will be made to accommodate
• Special Delivery Considerations
  • Address any potential issues (remote areas, long driveways, low-hanging trees, apartments, stairs, etc.) with the carrier when scheduling your appointment
• Packaging & Unloading
  • 1–2 person saunas: delivered in 1 box
  • Larger units: delivered in multiple boxes
  • All boxes are strapped to a pallet
  • Most deliveries use a 53-foot semi-truck trailer
  • Single driver will unload pallet only to curbside or driveway
  • CAUTION: After straps are cut, boxes may fall. Require 2+ people to safely hold and remove boxes from pallet
• Inspection Upon Delivery
  • Immediately inspect exterior of box(s) after unloading
  • Note any minor damage (scratches, dents, scuffs) on delivery receipt
  • Do not open boxes to inspect sauna
  • Refuse delivery if there is a large hole (likely forklift damage)
