Return and Refund Policy

Dynamic Saunas, Maxxus Saunas, Golden Designs:

• Cancellation and Return Policy
  • Buyer may cancel and return goods subject to all terms and conditions of this policy
  • Buyer assumes all risk of loss for returns, plus all shipping, handling, restocking, and other fees/costs
  • Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • All returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery
  • Seller reserves the right to refuse any refund, deposit, payment cancellation, or amount owing until: a) Goods are received by Seller b) Goods are inspected by Seller c) Seller determines (in its discretion) that goods are free of damage
  • All refunds issued within 5 business days after product is returned to warehouse and inspected for damage
  • Returned goods must be in original packaging
  • Seller may refuse full or partial refund (or cancel payment due) if Buyer fails to comply with or violates this policy
• Shipping, Handling, and Restocking Fees
  • All cancelled orders and returned goods subject to: a) Storage fees and costs for routing goods b) Handling and restocking fee of 20% of total purchase price per sauna c) All shipping costs to and from Seller d) Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Seller
  • Failure to obtain RMA number: Seller will not accept shipment; Buyer pays all costs and fees
  • All fees/costs (as determined by Seller) payable by Buyer upon demand
• Return Fee Chart
  • 1) New – Original packaging, never opened a. Original outbound shipping charge (flat rate from price sheet) b. Return inbound shipping charge (120% of outbound amount)
  • 2) New – Original packaging, opened/assembled but never used a. Original outbound shipping charge (flat rate from price sheet) b. Return inbound shipping charge (120% of outbound amount) c. 20% restocking fee
  • 3) Opened, assembled, and used a. No return accepted
• Additional Shipping Charges
  • 1) Change of address a. Same city and freight terminal: $85.00 b. Different city and different freight terminal: $150.00 and up
  • 2) Redelivery a. 2nd attempt: $95.00 b. 3rd attempt: $150.00
  • 3) Storage a. $125.00 per day after the 3rd day at destination terminal
• 5-Year Limited Warranty (Residential Use)
• Coverage Overview
  • Golden Designs, Inc. (Dynamic brand) warrants wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material/workmanship
  • Residential: 5 years from original purchase date
  • Commercial: 1 year from original purchase date
  • Wood structure: 1 year limited warranty (both residential & commercial)
  • Indoor use only – Outdoor placement voids warranty entirely
  • Damage from weather (rain, snow, sun, wind, extreme temperatures) not covered
  • Modifications to sauna or components void warranty
• Warranty Scope
  • Applies only to products delivered in continental U.S. or Canada
  • For original purchaser at original installation site
  • Begins at purchase; ends upon transfer, relocation, or expiration
  • Non-transferable
  • Proof of purchase (dated receipt) required
• Manufacturer Appliance Warranty
  • Stereos, CD/DVD players, etc., covered under original appliance manufacturer’s warranty
  • Defective parts become property of Golden Designs, Inc.
  • Golden Designs reserves right to substitute manufacturers for warranty fulfillment
  • Parts must be returned (prepaid, insured) to Golden Designs for service
  • Altered, erased, or forged proof-of-purchase voids warranty
  • Units with defaced or removed serial numbers ineligible
  • Parts covered – Labor not included
• Warranty Exclusions
  • Negligence, misuse, abuse, alteration, or unauthorized repairs
  • Improper installation or use against instructions
  • Placement on non-approved surfaces
  • Use of lacquer, paints, or unapproved finishes
  • Normal wear/tear, weathering, or wood expansion/contraction
  • Surface cracks in wood are normal and not defects (due to kiln-dried wood in sauna environment)
  • Worn electrical receptacles
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Definition
  • 5 years residential / 1 year commercial on heating elements & electronics
